Is this correct? Myself, (and a couple others in the Southeast) with 493s
had to remove and plug the balance pipe holes for roadracing. I would love to
put mine back on, and also remove the pullstarter, but I'm still not sure of
the correct ruling on these two items. Some concrete wording in fastrack
would be great!
