Yes, Stu helped Q quite a bit at the track and kinda stewarded him thru the SCCA maze. He did co-drive my car when I was just starting out.
But the point of my earlier message was that Stu never had a Kawi or an AMW, he had a Chaparral engine in his Solo car. And as an aside, never raced, although he would have liked to. It's amazing how fast people forget the damage the AMW caused to the popularity of our cars amongst the folks and the SCCA hierarchy :-). Neither Stu or Q liked the AMW, they just dealt with it. It was, and still is, nothing more then a grenade with the pin pulled!
