We aren't allowed a diff.  So, the only way to do this is to either
break traction or break the axle!  

If the car is pushing, you can adjust quite a bit with tire pressures.
Lower your fronts a bit, or raise the rears.  You may also be able to do
some other suspension adjustments to change the handling characteristics
of the car.  Not knowing your car, I can't give you a lot more
specifics.  Start with tire pressures, assuming your tires still have
some stick.
