Jay, My interpretation of the NWP Div note was that there were 3 newbies this year that will hopefully be running nationals in 2007 and 2 more that will hopefully be running nationals in 2007 or 2008. That means 5 more potential national competitors that are not reflected in this year's numbers. While that won't put us in the top 10 in participation, the NWP guys deserve a high five for growing F500. Maybe they could share some ideas with us? Cory

F500 is centered in SEDiv, NEDev, CENDiv, and MWDiv - so let's look at what the marketers call 'same-store sales' if we're going to honestly evaluate participation. If we got all the cars out to the track, I think we'd be in fine shape; my fear is that a radical change to the ruleset will guarantee that many of those cars will stay in the garage.
