Look in the "Rubber & Foam Rubber" section...or just search for Part # 8633K3. It is the tan rubber, 40A durometer and comes in a 12 x 12 sheet that is 1" thick. It is smooth on both sides. I think it's the same material that KBS used to sell for about $10 per puck.

I use a 2-1/8" (OD) hole saw (yields a nice 2" puck) and can get 25 pucks from a sheet. My "secret" is to spray a lot of WD40 while cutting on the drill press so the rubber doesn't get sticky or hot.

Does anyone know where on the McMaster-Carr website I can find puck material?
Thanks.
