Cory, You might want to consider the totally redesigned '07 GMC Yukon. I had a Ford for many years but was more impressed with the Yukon which has won several awards for good reasons. Since my trailer tongue was very low (my trailer has a very low floor with a dropped axle) and I wanted to improve the handling of the Yukon, I installed a lowering suspension kit (dropped it about 3") - this made a noticeable improvement in both handling and towing.
