There is nothing wrong with that car - you will have great fun autocrossing

IF, however, you are "driven to win" --- you must remember that the car is  
at least 18 years old so it will cost some $$$$ to be competitive. If ya' just  
want to go out and have a blast on a weekend autocross course these older 
cars  are definitely the way to go. I drive a 1989 Raptor that has had some 
extensive  upgrades (probably put more into the car then it is really worth and 
it 
isn't  pretty). I haven't put the money into updating the roll bars for road 
racing  since I don't plan to do that.
 
Remember : Playing is cheap - winning isn't
