I'm a newbie, who's trying to put an electric start on my 500. I called Mike not knowing what I needed, he spent more time than I could've hoped for explaining what I needed and how it worked.
His billing plan about blew my mind, I had my cc out any ready to pay. He said no no, I send a bill, keep what you need send back what you don't and pay then. I about fell over. An outstanding experience for a clueless 500 newbie.
