I can't tell you the number of times he has gone to great length to help me. I just accidentally paid him twice for some parts and he sent the check back. Verizon never seems to notice....I actually told him to keep it just for being so helpful and he refused it. I buy everything I can through him. He certainly isn't making any money on this. Worse, I don't think he has had enough time to go snowmobiling--that has to be getting him down!
