Hi Kenneth,

Just read this and want to pass on a method that
worked on one of our 494's.

Drill and tap to 5/16-18.  Install 5/16 stud.  Easy,
fast and has held up!

Helicoils require special taps and installation tools
and are easy to mess up if you are not careful.  I
like to keep it simple.
