I believe that the "2B/4N" refers to 2" Backspacing/ 4" Negative offset (6" wheel) Bill Schmidt 88 Red Devil Kawi
>>> Lee Tilton <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> 02/12/07 6:50 PM >>> OK, I have built a few cars, put together an outdoor storage shed, even figured out the 2-stroke concept. Why can't I decipher wheel offsets? I know what offset means. But when looking at wheels, it seems like I need a super secret decoder ring. I want a 10X7 wheel. I have seen offsets listed as 3+4 negative. Does this mean the backspace is 3 or 4 inches? I have also seen offset listed as 2B/4N. What the hell is that? All I want is four 7" wide wheels for my poor little Zink so I can put rains on them. I'll even take steel wheels for this purpose. So, who has a decoder ring they want to sell? ________________________________ FormulaCar Magazine - A Proud Supporter of Formula 500 The Official Publication of Junior Formula Car Racing Subscribe Today! www.formulacarmag.com or 519-624-2003 _________________________________ _______________________________________________ F500 mailing list - [email protected] To unsubscribe or change options please visit: http://f500.org/mailman/listinfo/f500 *** Please, DO NOT send unsubscribe requests to the mailing list! ***
