Just a follow up...
We received the car yesterday, along with lots of spare parts. In
fact, there's almost enough to build another car! Later on in the
evening, I called Don (Don Clar) on the phone and told him that I'd
be able to set up shop and sell spare parts, if needed, at the races!
Seriously though, I think we received 5 or 6 spare chains and almost
2 or 3 of everything else! With this car, racing just got extremely
inexpensive!!!!!!!!
That aside, this is going to be a fun year! From what I understand,
northern California will be adding 5 F500's to the field which could
more than double the car count.
Since all of you are obviously familiar with what a red Novakar looks
like, I won't bother posting a picture. Instead, here's a video of
something different from testing at Sears Point (and much more violent):

anyone interested in buying a truck?

reading. So... what's the best way to get a F500 that's in Texas
all the way to Northern California? I was a thinking about a big
box and Federal Express. How about UPS?
Seriously though, is anyone headed in this direction or towards
California anytime soon with room in a trailer? I thought I'd ask
before arranging shipping.
