I connect all the belts, but leave them loose, so I can sit up in the car and
then put my helmet on. I can't see well enough with the helmet on to buckle
the belts. One thing to remember - once the belts are buckled, it's difficult
to reach anything outside of the car, even gloves or hemet sitting on the
sidepod. Trial and error will help you figure out the order that works for you.

For myself, I put the helmet on prior to getting in the car. I don't have
enough arm room once seated I the car to be able to put the helmet on.

As you continue to get in and out of your car you will develop your own
procedures that will work for you.

Subject: [F500] Getting in the car

Sorry for the real basic rookie question but, do you put your helmet on then
get in the car, or get in the car then put your helmet on ?

What's your procedure for helmet, belts, etc.

Thanks, Joe
