Engagement RPM should be closer to 6k....max RPM and where the power is for those pipes is 88-8900 RPM. In an Autocross setting it is difficult to get enough of a run to get to the max RPM. There have been 'torque pipes' manufactured which lower the maximum RPM to get more low end torque. Aaen Performance and Brad Hulings did manufacture those type pipes, in the day, however the day for the Kawasaki ended in 1994 with the legalization of the AMW engine.
Castor with that car is difficult to adjust with the design and mounting of the A arms. You might like to have a little more Castor for the self centering action. Camber - 2 degrees is in the ballpark, play with it to suit your taste. Toe - 1/16 Out is in the ball park Play with the settings to get ones that suit your feel for the car. Each of us has our own preferences in what we are looking for in feel. Chuck McAbee SEDOV #16 -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Richard L. However, I've had a F500 unit two weeks ago. Bought CJ McAbees Red Devil with a Kawi. Questions are: What's a good starting point for the following: Clutch engagement? about 4000 RPM? Peak RPM? about 6100 RPM? Castor? 8 degrees? Camber? Negative 2 degrees? Toe-in ? 1/16" out? Don't want any secrets just a good starting point.
