John, there is a Formula S class, that will allow you to run whatever motor
you like.

Please pardon my ignorance. I know almost nothing about this whole affair
since I've only just begun to play in fm class. What do you see as the
problem if the motorbike engine option were added to the f 440/500 grouping?
If the 600 cc car were limited by intake restrictors is there some other
advantage that they would have over the cvt 2 stroke engine? Can some sort
of reasonable parity not be achieved?

As a matter of reference, please be aware that one way or the other doesn't
really matter to me, because I'll likely try something like this for the
sheer fun/challenge of doing it. I care not a whit about a rule set. If it
doesn't allow me to do as I wish, I will cheerfully opt out, go my own way
and sit in a class in which I have no hope of winning (I don't now anyway,
but that's another story 8-) ) for the sheer joy of creating a really
interesting machine and for the love of going fast.
