go to www.f500.org click "change subscription" this will take you to a log in page enter your address and password you subscribed with (this is provided as a reminder email by Eric on the first of the month, every month) if you do not remember your password, it really doesn't matter put you address in the top box titled "address" then click on unsubscribe an email will be sent to you to complete step two of the unsubscribe if you do not get this, check your spam filter
