I think the best F500 engines are a bit over 100 hp. The best STOCK production 600cc bike engines are about 110 hp. Hoiwever I think that a really good CVT offers a performance advantage over a gearbox. I suspect that they will be about equal in performance. Remember that they will also weigh about 50 lbs more that a current F500.
