My two cents worth: I don't see a redesign here, just an alternate motor. No one is forcing the 2 stroke out, so if you don't like or want a 600 bike motor, you don't have to get one. If some of us want to try it to see how it works, then what's the fuss if we want to risk our money and time? I respect Chuck's opinions because I know he always does his homework, but if the performance is equal, why should it not be tested? If we never test it we will never know.
