Steven I think you missed the whole point of the engine alternative...We in the class for many years (20) have always had the chance to go to the runoffs ..What's happening now is that only the top 24 classess in participation will be able to attend...We f 500 albeit , fast and afforable are not attracting new racers at the rate to stay national..THATS the reason for some changes, we need to make the class attractive...WE need to stay a national class..IN SCCA ..Nasa events don't help.....
