FYI - We just had a rear disc made up by www.porterfield-brakes.com. Nice work, heat treated and cross drilled. I think it was about $140.
Jim sent them the old rotor w/hub. Took about 2 1/2 weeks. I'm pretty sure Micro-Belmont will make up discs as well.
