The easiest way is to export your face from FaceGen Modeller, import into your favorite 3D modelling program, and take it from there.
Adding accessories into FaceGen Modeller is possible, but requires the Enterprise version as you must use our integration tools and go through a process to generate shape statistics that ensure the accessory automatically matches the shape of any face.
