Hi,

I'm not sure if this is a bug in Factor or Windows, but I've seen it  
before. Factor uses an optimization to only repaint the part of the  
GL viewport which has changed; this optimization seems to break on  
certain systems.

The darcs repository has a workaround (it just repaints the entire  
window every time). I will provide a proper fix before releasing  
Factor 0.90 as soon as I get access to a Windows box which has this  
issue.
