Hi Janko,

Sorry for the delay. Just in case someone reads your question about the pdf 
vocab, it was in a working state when I checked it in. Running pdf-tests.factor 
used to generate a legitimate pdf file. I then implemented about 10% of the 
possible functions. A lot more can be added but I don't have time right now. 
Everyone is welcome to update it.
