Hi,

Here's a first batch of improvements to the listener running within
emacs: 
  - Better behaviour of run-factor, including restarts and pop-up in a
  separate window (customizable). C-cz shortcut in factor-mode.
  - Display of help/see commands (C-ch, C-cs) in a separate help buffer
  (type q to restore window configuration), with syntax highlighting.

Probably you'll stumble with some rough edges: please criticize at ease
:) 

After thinking a bit, my impression is that we don't need for now a
swank-like protocol to make our emacs listener mode as powerful as slime
(remote connections can be handled by the tty-server in comint-mode). At
any rate, there's many improvements on the front-end that we can made
and reuse later in case the need arises.
