Hi, I have several Win XP computers. Some of them can correctly display Chinese characters in Factor. But Chinese characters become boxes on others. All these Win XP computers have Chinese fonts and have the same Factor. I am not clear about the differences of the Win XPs I used because they were remotely installed by ICS department of my office and they don't know about Chinese.
I want to know why Chinese fonts becomes boxes in Factor and how to fix it.
