Chinese characters become boxes in both conditions (reading Chinese text from 
a file and inputting it with an input method).

I noticed the Win XP computers that Factor cannot display Chinese correctly are 
running Sophos. And other computer are running Symantec Antivirus instead of
Sophos. However, after removing Sophos, Factor still cannot display Chinese
character correctly on those Win XP computers.

Can you be more specific? Are you reading the Chinese text from a
file, or are you inputting it with an input method?
