Hi Slava,

I removed all .girs from Clutter and Gstreamer bindings, so they must
be installed or placed in GIR_DIRS (an environment variable) or
'current vocab dir'.
I think we don't have any reason to distribute .girs with Factor,
because they're quite big and they should be up-to-date.
Actually, I would like to remove Gtk, etc. .girs too, but many linux
distribs may not have them (or have but too old versions, etc.).

I can return .girs back but I don't think that it's a really good idea.

Maybe we should mark these vocabs with 'not loaded' tag?
