Nonetheless there are practices, which again work at dissolving duality, which work with the eyes. There is a nadi which connects the heart to the eyes. The sense is that they are projected thru the eyes but eventually you just "get" that it is all one precipitated awareness that was never separate. This can at first start as bindus and then eventually these spread to fill your entire view and everything appears as consciousness. They can develop further into bindus with deities or mandalas--there are numerous typical experiences--everyone is unique. The idea is to learn and "get" how you broke away from the alaya in the first place. -V.
