You have to
give TM (the highest form of prayer) a chance, which you
are not
doing by smoking dope and excessive alcohol intake.
I know you
are not looking for advice (if you actually wanted to
change, you
would do so without any input from anybody), but here it
is anyway:
1. Stop
smoking pot (why do you think the TMO asks people to stop
illegal drug
use prior to starting TM?).
2. Pick a
limit on your alcohol consumption, and stick to it. That
lardass
moron Rush Limbaugh lost 100 lbs by hiring a chef who
instituted
portion control into his diet (no seconds!).
3. Don't
worry about the cigarettes, they'll go away somewhere down
the line if
you are regular in your TM (and not overwhelming the
benefits
with psychotropic drugs).

The most effective treatment for drug/alcohol
addiction is another psychotropic drug: ibogaine. Google it.
