Guru Dev was not interested in fund raising because he was not going
to make the TM movement a mass movement by himself -- that's what
Maharishi is for, and that's why the need for money, or would you
prefer that TM teachers live in the county park, and initiate people
at the bus station?

----Maharishi doesn't have to micromanage and dictate all terms. All that fanatical attention all the time to perfecting every detail for what? Another movement. And now he dictates again terms for everyone like always before. There's no way there can be a new movement when there's not a new leader. The buck starts and stops with Maharishi. The real question is not whether anything he says is important but whether anything any of the future mouthpieces for the new movement will matter one whit.  My guess is noone really cares about what Nader Raam or Michael Dilbeck have to say, not anyway as apostles for Maharishi. My guess is when Maharishi dies then all that will be left is the husk of the movement and not much else.
