My favorite part is "They (ladies) will have equal kind of training. We will design a good name for them. Not Rajas but something like that."  Reminds me of my old boss who always said he'd give me whatever title I wanted but my salary remained the same. -----Hehe.  Yeah, when I started back they said I could be called anything I wanted, and I said, my title is money.
