Because he's a total loser. He's merely just what Maharishi taught him and therefore nothing at all.Once Deepak became famous in and after the movement I didn’t have the opportunity to interact with him. Maybe prominence ruined him. But before that, when I taught his TM course, was a guest at his house in Massachusetts, and lived in his parents’ house in New Delhi for two months, I found him to be a sweet man with a good heart and a brilliant mind. He was a successful man before TM, benefited greatly from TM, and became successful post-TM because he’s a bright guy with something of value to offer. Sure, he got a lot of it from MMY, but he was able to package it in a way which made it accesssible to a much larger audience than the movement could attract.
