Sorry... I still get a bit snarky about the reality behind
MMY-Ayurveda's lofty claims of ideal diet, perfect health, and
immortality. Sure, some people are pretty well adapted to agrarian
diets full of grain and beans with emphasis on veggies being cooked.
But, I'm not one of them, and I vastly improved my health and
well-being by shifting to a diet that a vaidya would, no doubt, label
as unsaatvic (animal protein) and indigestible (emphasis on raw
veggies).

But, I do agree with you that a lack of exercise is likely a major
factor in hardcore roos with poor health.
