tatra yadrakta.n tatpu.nso ruupamabhuut.h . yaddharita.n
tanmaayaayaaH .
(attempt at sandhi-vigraha: tatra; yat; raktam; tat;
puMsaH; ruupam; abhuut; yat; haritam; tat; maayaayaaH)

It's kinda interesting that the word "pumaMs" is used
for "spirit". Its weak base is "puMs"(itx: pu.ns).
Well, "puMsaH" (above the sandhi form "puMso" [itx: pu.nso]
 before a voiced consonant [r]) could be either genitive
singular or ablative singular. It seems to me it's
the former: puMso ruupam - the form(?) of the spirit.
By the same token "maayaayaaH" (gen/abl. sing.) prolly
is genitive singular with an implied head word "ruupam":
"the form(?) of maayaa"

What's interesting is that "puMs" (pumaMs) can also mean "man":

Entry  pumaMs
 Meaning ({pu3s}) m. a man or male, a word in the masculine gender
(g.); man=human being; servant, attendant; the soul, spirit.
