"dreams of clarity" (as opposed to "dreams from karmic trace").

Well this is interesting that MMY said this, as it really gives a final 
answer. In general, unless one has guru-mantra or guru-yoga--or dream 
yoga practice, it can be questionable as to dreams value. If they arise 
from a particular practice, you will already know what to expect or it 
will generally be obvious as to what they are telling you.
