To the best of my knowledge, Yahoo does not provide any filtering ability when reading the archives with a web browser, hence my reply with workable-ish solutions. If all you want is rudra_joe filtered out, and you don't have the mental capacity to simply ignore him and not click on his posts, you'll need to receive the group traffic in email and use "block sender" filtering.
