I don't know how long this anon has been around, but those of us who have been around here for a while have come to know Ben as someone who is exceptionally knowledgeable about pujas and the like, and who spares no trouble or expense to make sure they are performed properly. The TMO, the official protectors of "the purity of the teaching," would probably do well to follow his example.
