Yes, that's right. No evidence at all. The daughter says her father
had sex with 
her up to five times a week. Her mother never suspected that anything
was 
going on. 

Now the prosecutors are considering whether to initiate a third
trial. This 
strikes me as stupid. So far they have failed to convince two juries
that this 
guy did it. They should just drop it.
