Speak for yourself. Maybe that's the way you approach the program. I don't see it as a way to train myself, but rather as a way to inoccently open a portal of coherent influence for the benefit of this chaotic earthly world. If in that process "I" wake up (or down for the Bonders) then as they say "it's all good".
