The funds went to TMO didn't it? Even if the TMO argued and pleaded MD and P needs as part of the negototiation (more issues that need "compensation", the larger the settlement), that doesn't mean the earmarked funds will go to the negotiated "need areas". negotiation strategy is different than action strategy. Anyone hear of M. lambasting P and MD for not being with the program and thus causing this turn of events against them? If MD and P leave the country (India ?), what does that portend for the satva, kavach and progress / calamities in the US?
