The Point is: Tm teaches one how to be effortless. Because, it doesen't require any effort to be aware, when you wake up, you are just aware, it doesen't take effort to be aware. Tm just is the process of becoming effortless, learning how to be effortless. When one is completely effortless, there is no ego. Does that make any sense?
