I find it rather odd no one in this group (fans or foes of Earl 
Kaplan alike) commented on this lawsuit. 
This is no mere gossip and hearsay. Earl Kaplan's `business ethics' 
is being challenged by a massive company, with a world reputation, 
Reader's Digest.
