Okay, say you inherited a house. Say it is a two family, and you rent one half of it. Say you may have other small streams of income. Of course it sounds as if you may know better than me whether this lady went to China or not. Maybe you feel I just decided to make it up. In the case of the man drawing 50k/yr. As I said, it was second hand.
