Didn't they make a promise to use that picture? Seems to me that 
regardless of what "works" or doesn't,its rather sad to take 
something dedicated to the memory of someone and turn it into a 
generic thing because it was easier (more profitable?) to explain.

I'm sure that these teachers no longer teach within the organization, 
now do they?
