**** Maybe I sense a mild anxiety or tension somewhere and focus my attention on observing it. Often the tiny feeling starts to change and other emotions like fear, heaviness or sadness can emerge, which I always experience as located somewhere in the body and am not identifying myself with it. I just observe and sense it. I let my awareness rest on these sensations, while simultaneously experiencing bliss. I can feel burning, fiery sensations in my feet, that I can nowadays experience as quite enjoyable. There can be intense sensations almost anywhere in the body. I kind of float with these sensations while being in deep rest and shifting in between to the unconsciousness of deep sleep. I have got a genetically inherited progressive muscular disease. My physical health has improved a lot through these transformative processes. I think I'm nowadays physically clearly in a better condition than an average woman of my age. That was not the case, when I was younger. There can be other kind of meditative states also. Once I had the window open, when it was heavily raining, and for a moment I was the rain.
