Yes. And the psychology of the student is vastly different, IMO, when a volunteer, yet well-trained. teachers offers the teaching in service -- in contrast to "suits" sometimes akin to car salesmen, hustling a spirtual practice. And when the teaching is offered as service -- many do come to the support of the "volunteer" teacher. It builds a community spirit. Everyone helping a bit.
