"Guru speak" is an entirely different world than when we mere mortals yak. You have to hear exactly what they say. Usually there are several levels of meaning, not interpretation, occuring simultaneously. You respond to the meaning you hear. The person standing next to you can have an entirely different understanding and act in complete opposition to you although you both heard the "same" thing. Until MMY says that "independent" teachers, teaching as they were trained should stop all teaching activities, I see nothing wrong with it.
