There's no lifestyle change required to *practice* TM (beyond setting
aside the time). However, long-term practice of TM may lead to a need
to change your lifestyle. If you stubbornly hold onto your old
lifestyle, rather than embrace what is intuitively more
lifesupporting as it presents itself to you, than you are missing
MMY's point, I think. I'm not talking to you, personally, but to me,
since I've been struggling with this issue for quite a few years
(decades) now.
