When I 15 years ago started to train at a gym, I first visited a few,
and then chose the one where the athlets of the city trained. I
enjoyed very much watching how these athlets used their muscles and in
a way drew those energies into myself. It could be said that I
identified myself with those energies. But I didn't change my
worldview and understanding similar to that of those guys. I didn't
even discuss those things with them.
