There is some controversy going on offlist as to whether or not this is, in fact, a picture of him when he died. He was supposedly sleeping when he died. It has been claimed that the picture is actually from a Jan 12, 2002 (!) celebration--not his death photo. A person who spent lots of time in the house during preparation for these celebrations has stated that these type of garlands cannot just be made up on short notice.
